Do You Have A Fast Pass ID Or License Plate Number?

If you were given a Fast Pass tag (example below) when you signed up, please use that as your Customer ID.

Customers may not have a Fast Pass ID, as many accounts only use license plate numbers. If this is your case, please select No below, and you will be able to use your license plate to cancel your plan.

Please use your Fast Pass Id or License Plate Number. 
Make sure to use the License Plate number with the state you signed up with.
If you have a Fast Pass Id, it's located at the bottom right corner of your windshield.

Canceling with Fast Pass id: Enter your Fast Pass id, the Last Four of your CC, and a valid Email address.
Canceling with License Plate: Enter Your License Plate Number, the State you signed up with, the Last Four of your CC, and a valid Email address.

*Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the billing date to avoid any further charges.

Do I need my unlimited tag number to cancel my plan?

Yes, if your account had a Fast Pass ID tag. If you had a Fast Pass ID tag and no longer have the number, please contact us. If you signed up using your license plate without an ID tag, follow the directions listed above.

How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?

You must cancel 7 days before your account renews, your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I cancel my plan?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?

You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your plan.
